Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of personnel selection specialist (recruiter) in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the full cycle of salary recruitment in accordance with qualification requirements and corporate values;
- Preparation and placement of job application on different platforms;
- Finding different ways to spread the vacancy and attract applicants;
- selection of resumes; organizing/conducting testing and interviews;
- Preparation of evaluation criteria relevant to the position for the interview;
- Production of applicant databases and periodic reporting;
- Involvement in the onboarding process;
- Involvement in various projects of the HR department.
Main requirements:
- Higher education (in social sciences/psychology). Graduate student is eligible.
- At least 1 year of experience in selection;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of English language at B2 level is preferred.

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday; 10:00-18:00 h.
