Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of call center operator in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Studying the information available on the website and providing information to the user in full;
- In case of a problem, finding all possible alternatives, offering a solution/alternative tailored to the customer as much as possible;
- Providing consultation to the user through e-mail and other means of communication;
- Telephone communication with customers.
Main requirements:
- Studying Ability to write and speak fluently in the Georgian language;
- Experience of working in a similar position is desirable;
- Knowledge of office programs;
- Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 11:00-19:00;
- Vacation: work in proportion to the months (2 days per month);
- Benefits: health insurance, 4 days off per year;
- Salary: 650 GEL (fixed salary increases after 3 months by 200 GEL) + bonus (from the first month).
