Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of a call center operator in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving phone calls from the insured, identifying the insured;
- Consulting on insurance conditions;
- Identification of losses and registration in the program;
- Planning a visit to the family doctor, program reflection, redirecting the insured to the clinic:
- Insurance case coordination;
- Informing the insured about compensation for damages.
Main requirements:
- Higher medical education or related field is preferred
- Experience working in an insurance company or a telephone call center is desirable;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- English - Intermediate.
Working Conditions:
- Workplace: st. Tbilisi, Zurab Anjafarishi N1 (former Sandro Euli Street);
- Work schedule: 2 weeks 5 working days per month, 2 weeks 5 working days per month, 2 shifts: shifts are as follows - 09:00-15:00; 10:00-16:00; 11:00-17:00; 15:00-21:00 and is not fixed, only any one. In case of additional Saturday or Sunday duty, the pay is given as overtime.
- Number of days off (during the week): Sunday
- Salary: 700 GEL (net) from the first month after signing the contract, 800 GEL (net) from the second month.
