Main responsibilities:
- Interest of potential customers, attraction of insurance products/service offer;
- Determining and clarifying the user's requirements and needs and offering him the optimal insurance products/services, getting to know the product features and competitive advantages;
- conclusion of insurance contracts with potential customers;
- provision of after-sales service;
- planning and organizing a meeting with the customer if necessary;
- Implementation of the sales plan within the specified period;
- Offering insurance package renewal for existing customers and taking care of maintaining loyalty to the company;
- Market research of sales channels, identifying new opportunities and making recommendations.
Main requirements:
- Higher education or student.
- Experience in sales is desirable;
- knowledge of computer office programs is necessary;
- Knowledge of English language is desirable

- Ability to communicate effectively with the customer;
- knowledge of the etiquette of business relations;
- Ability to think quickly;
- Ability to act quickly and flexibly;
- Orientation to details;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- ability to manage problematic and conflict situations;

Working Conditions:
- Salary: fixed salary + commission;
- Place of work: Tbilisi.
