Helio.AI is seeking a Sales and Commercial Director to drive its global revenue strategy — scaling sales operations, automating processes, building strong teams, and expanding into new markets worldwide.
Develop and execute the global commercial strategy to achieve ambitious ARR and revenue goals.
Lead and scale international sales teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Automate sales workflows using advanced technology, analytics, and CRM tools.
Drive go-to-market expansion by refining the ICP, exploring new regions, and ensuring predictable pipeline growth.
Conduct demos, close key enterprise clients, and personally manage high-value accounts.
Collaborate with the growth marketing team to test and optimize new sales channels and revenue models.
5+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (preferably within HRTech, ATS, or similar SaaS sectors).
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in building or scaling small-to-mid-size sales teams.
Strong automation mindset and CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience preferred).
Global business perspective with experience selling across multiple markets.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working with AI-driven tools.
Hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
