Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of assistant manager of medical quality in one of the clinics.

Main responsibilities:

• Active participation in the monitoring process in various medical departments;
• Collecting data on clinical indicators and analyzing them together with the group;
• active communication with doctors regarding the introduction of new clinical indicators;
• Participation in the development of new procedures and programs.

Main requirements:

• Higher education - direction of medicine or healthcare management (graduate students are also welcome);
• Preference will be given to experience in quality, monitoring, epidemiology in the medical field;
• knowledge of office programs; Knowledge of Excel will be preferred;
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level.

Personal competencies and skills:

• Effective communication skills;
• focus on details;
• Accuracy, organization;
• ability to work individually and as a team;

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (in the case of students, there is a possibility of promotion);
• Salary: 800 GEL (cash on delivery);
• Location: Tbilisi, Ortachala, Krtsanisi st. N12.
