Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of operations manager in one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of invoices for the insured customers in the company and delivery in appropriate terms;
• Overdue control of deposits;
• Sending letters informing about the debt/ amount to be paid;
• Receiving, processing and delivering changes from the insured companies to the relevant employee;
• Receiving, processing and delivering the necessary documents to the relevant employee for the preparation of the contract.

Main requirements:

• experience of working in a similar position is desirable;
• Experience working with database;
• High level knowledge of MS Excel.

• Sense of responsibility;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• analytical thinking.

Working Conditions:

• Workplace: st. Tbilisi;
• Working schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00.
