Senior year students, MA students, and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a service desk officer position at one of the leading companies.
Main responsibilities:
· Response to incoming calls timely;
· Complete incoming requests/register in ServiceDesk program;
· Referral of incoming request to the relevant group according to the SLA with correct diagnosis;
· Identify employees on duty and send notifications to relevant services;
· Monitoring the transmitted request and, if necessary, contacting the technician or requester;
· create and maintain a positive attitude towards requesters, to constantly think about improving and increasing satisfaction;
· Monthly KPI reporting by regions;
· Relationship with other structural units of IT.
Main requirements:
· Work experience in the IT field;
· Knowledge of ITIL is desirable;
· Knowledge of standard office programs;
· Knowledge of Excel VBA principles;
· Knowledge of English language is required at B1 level.
