Vacancy: Accounting Intern / Intern in Accounting

What You Will Learn & Do During the Internship:

Creating, verifying, booking, and archiving primary accounting documentation
-
Performing daily control of accounts receivable balances and booking incoming payments
-
Conducting periodic reconciliation statements with suppliers/creditors
-
Timely closing of monthly reporting periods and submitting reports to management
-
Locating and accurately reflecting primary documentation
-
Identifying taxable transactions and managing tax compliance risks
-
Preparing monthly tax declarations
-
Assisting with other accounting-related operational tasks
Qualification Requirements:
-
Higher education degree or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant ACCA coursework
-
Basic understanding of the Tax Code of Georgia and International Accounting Standards (IFRS)

Proficiency in MS Office applications is considered an advantage
-
Prior work experience is not required
