Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for an internship program at the National Competition Agency of Georgia.

Stage 1
Persons interested in the internship program until March 10, 2023
They should submit an application to the National Competition Agency of Georgia by e-mail. to consumer@gnca.gov.ge, which should include:
name and surname of the student;
personal number;
Certificate of student status from the higher education institution;
To participate in the competition, law students must submit an article on any issue related to the protection of consumer rights, which must meet the following requirements:
The paper must be in Georgian;
The work should be at least 3 pages and at most 5 pages, the font - Unicode (Sylfaen), the size of which should be 11, and the distance between the lines - 1.15;
format - electronic (MS Word or PDF);
The work must be original, not already published;
The paper must be relevant;
The paper should aim to engage in the existing discussion in the field or initiate a new discussion, it should contain solid arguments and reasoned opinions;
The paper must be important for the development of legal science;
If there is a research methodology in the work, it must be fully protected;
The citation style of the sources used (of the student's choice) must be followed and a bibliography must accompany it.
In order to participate in the competition, economics and business administration students must find data on any issue related to the protection of user rights, process it through MS Excel, visualize the results (dashboard, infographics, etc.) and interpret them.
The paper must be in Georgian;
format - electronic (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or other data visualization program);
The source of the data to be processed must be indicated in the paper;
The data used in the paper must be accurate;
The participant must effectively interpret the information obtained as a result of data processing;
Stage 2
Papers that meet the technical requirements will be evaluated by a commission created by competent persons (Chairman of the Agency, First Deputy Chairman, Head of the Consumer Rights Protection Department, Deputy Head of the Consumer Rights Protection Department, Head of the Legal Department, Deputy Head of the Legal Department)
Authors of the best papers (2 law specialization, 1 business administration/economy specialization) will undergo an internship at the Consumer Rights Protection Department of the National Competition Agency of Georgia.
