Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of assistant head of the technical service department in one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and recording incoming orders;
• Production of a daily calendar about the services to be provided;
• Management and control of technical specialists;
• Ensuring the timely departure of the technical team to the service;
• Determining the customer's need/problem and offering appropriate services;
• Timely delivery of relevant documentation for accounting;
• Going through the current issues with the immediate supervisor and sending reports on a weekly basis.

Main requirements:

• experience of working in a similar position is necessary;
• Perfect knowledge of office programs;
• English - B2.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00;
• Salary: 800 - 1500 GEL (depending on qualifications);
