TP German Language Academy Tbilisi
The German Language Academy is a unique initiative by Teleperformance Georgia, offering interested candidates a free German language course and the opportunity to gain employment at an international company.
The course is led by experienced trainers Frank Schreier and Luka Ulrich Schreier. Selected candidates will attend 3-hour German language training sessions 3 times a week for a duration of 20–24 weeks.
Two learning formats are currently planned:
Class Schedule

Online Classes: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

In-Person Classes: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Note: Mandatory in-person attendance is required at the Tbilisi office once a month on a Saturday for an 8-hour intensive training session.
Key Requirements
To be eligible for selection into the Academy, applicants must meet the following three criteria:

German Proficiency: Minimum A2–B1 level.

Employment Interest: A strong desire to join and work with the Teleperformance team.

Residency: Living in Tbilisi or its surrounding areas (as employment opportunities following successful course completion will be based in Tbilisi).
