Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a training administration specialist position at one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
· Produce documentation; including signing/control of contracts, acceptance-handover acts;
· Perform administrative tasks in the process of planning/conducting trainings, including determining locations, ensuring the correctness of equipment, informing training participants about the training process and deadlines, recording attendance;
· Manage daily operations related to the activities of the training center effectively and produce the necessary documentation, reflecting in the databases, recording the funds spent on trainings;
· Participate in the employee attestation process, technical and visual formatting of the compiled tests, complete organization, and management of the testing process. reflecting the results of the tests inf the relevant database;
· Performing various tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are directly or indirectly related to his work.
Qualification requirements:
· Preferably in healthcare management, business administration, educational administration, social sciences, or relevant field;
· At least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field is preferred;
· Good knowledge of Office programs.
