Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a trainer position in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions;
- Analyze the statistical performance data and identify areas for improvement;
- Analyze quality audit outcomes and carry out appropriate effective training programs;
- Conduct group online and offline training sessions;
- Prepare training materials such as handouts, work instructions, knowledge tests, presentations, videos;
- Onboard and mentor new employees;
- Monitor employee performance and respond to their training needs;
- Cascade new information and training to the existing team of agents;
- Translate short documents from English to local languages;
- Maintain knowledge base in a local language;
- Create and update training courses in LMS.
Main requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of similar experience;
- Excellent computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive (esp. Slide and PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset;
- English level C1.

- Excellent grammar skills in [INSERT LOCAL LANGUAGES];
- Willingness to develop new techniques of teaching & training;
- Great communication, presentation, and public speaking skills;
- Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies;
- Analytical skills and familiarity with reporting and data handling;
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Strong Customer Service mindset;
- Ability to work in a team, keep a positive attitude, work under pressure and with short deadlines in a fast-changing and dynamic environment;
- Organizational, prioritizing, and time management abilities.
