Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of junior lawyer in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Legal support of the activities of the holding and its subsidiaries;
- Representation in state, private institutions and courts;
- Compilation/review of various types of documentation (including agreements, lawsuits, complaints, acts, conclusions, statements, etc.) depending on the needs of the company;
- As necessary, preparation of case materials related to the judicial/enforcement process and handling of disputes;
- Consulting on legal issues for the company's employees, participating in negotiations;
- Acquaintance with and response to changes in the legal framework;
- Performing other work necessary for legal security of the company and its subsidiaries;
- Registration and archiving of documentation.
Main requirements:
- Higher legal education (bachelor, master)
- Experience of working as a lawyer (civil/administrative)
- Knowledge of Georgian legislation;
- A certificate confirming the passing of the qualification exams for lawyers specializing in civil/administrative law, as well as membership of the lawyers' association will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of state service programs - at the consumer level;
- knowledge of computer and office programs;
- Knowledge of the English language will be considered an advantage.

Working Conditions:
- Work location: Nazaladevi, al. Mrevlishvili #2
- Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00-18:00.
