Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a position as a junior lawyer in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Legal support of the company's clients;
- Drafting/editing/translation of agreements/acts/contracts;
- Representation of the company's clients and protection of its interests;
- Preparation/legal analysis/editing/translation of various types of documentation before general courts and various administrative bodies;
- Control of legislative innovations and ensuring compliance with them;
- Performing other professional tasks of the immediate supervisor.
Main requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- Knowledge of administrative and civil law, including entrepreneurial, procedural and labor law;
- 1-2 years of experience working as a lawyer;
- Fluency in English (written and oral communication);
- Membership of the Georgian Bar Association is desirable.
Working Conditions:
- Location - Tbilisi, I. Tarkhnishvili #2, Vere Business Center
- Hours of Operation Full time, 09:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday.
