Only the students of the School of Science and Technology can apply.
The exchange program fully covers travel cost and a monthly stipend.
*The following students can not apply: · Bachelor’s students currently studying on their 1st semester; · Students of other schools, besides the School of Science and Technology; · Bachelor’s or Master’s students for whom the Fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year will be the last semester of their studies; · Students whose student statuses are not active at the time of the application.

Study Offer |

After completion of the exchange semester the transfer of credits will be executed according to the UG’s credit system, meaning the number of credits of a transferred subjects will correspond to the number of credits assigned to the appropriate subjects at UG. For the Erasmus+ program students do not pay the tuition fee for the recognized credits.

Accommodation |
The Linnaeus University offers the students the assistance of local housing companies (monthly rent 330-600 EUR). Detailed information about housing can be found here: https://lnu.se/en/student/preparing-for-your-stay/accommodation/
Students are free to seek out any other form of accommodation on their own.

Language Requirement |
The students are able to study the courses in the English language during their exchange period. The students are required to submit a certificate of the English language CEFR B2 level proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificate). The certificate must be valid at the time of application.
If the student does not have an internationally recognized certificate, she/he can attend the English language B2 examination.
The date and time of an English Test will be notified via MY UG Messages.

Required Documents |
The students must submit the following documents: · Application Form (please download here - https://bit.ly/3Aa7K7w) · Motivation Letter · CV (Europass format - https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv · Reference letter from the appropriate School of UG (Please address the assistant of your school · English language proficiency certificate* (CEFR B2 level valid at the time of applying) · Passport copy · Master’s degree students that study their first semester, and have not completed their Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Georgia, need to present their academic transcript from the previous university in English language.
*Students who attend the English language exam and pass, do not need to submit any certificate for the English language.
