Saarland University - Erasmus+ Exchange Program in Germany

Call for applications for Erasmus+ Key Action 171 exchange program at the Saarland University of Saarbrücken (Germany)

 

Students have an opportunity to study one semester at the Saarland University of Saarbrücken (Fall Semester - 2024-2025 academic year).

The student will receive a scholarship for the program, which will include travel and monthly stipend.

 

Only Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD students of the Law School are eligible for the following exchange program at Saarland University.

 

*The following students can not apply:

 

·         Bachelor’s students currently on their 1st year, 1st semester of studies;

 

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s students for whom the fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year will be the last semester of their studies;

 

·         Students who belong to other faculties, rather than the School of Law;

 

·         Students whose student statuses are not active at the time of the application.

After completion of the exchange semester the transfer of credits will be executed according to the UG’s credit system, thus the number of credits of a transferred subjects will correspond to the number of credits assigned to the appropriate subjects at UG.

Students have a right to use a different accommodation form if they choose so.

 

Language Requirement

 

 

The students are able to study the courses in the English language during their exchange period. The students are required to submit a certificate of the English or Italian CEFR B2 level proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificate)

 

If the student does not have an internationally recognized certificate, she/he can attend the English language B2 examination which will be held soon and you will get the information by MY UG messages.

 

Required Documents

 

The students must submit the following documents:

·         Motivation Letter

·         CV ( Europass format - https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv )

·         Reference letter from the appropriate School of UG (Please address the assistant of your school)

·         English language proficiency certificate* (CEFR B2 level valid at the time of applying)

·         Passport copy

·      Master’s degree students that study their first semester, and have not completed their Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Georgia, need to present their academic transcript from the previous university in English language.

 

 

*Students who attend the English language exam and pass, do not need to submit any certificate for the English language.
