Pavel Josef Safarik University - Erasmus+ Programme in Slovakia

Description

We are now receiving applications for Erasmus+ exchange program at the Pavol Joesf Safarik University (UPJS) in Slovakia for the Master’s and PhD students of the English Philology program at UG.

 

Selected students will study one semester at UPJS - Spring Semester - 2021-2022 academic year, which will last from February 14th, 2022, till July 1st 2022.

Students currently studying on the Master’s or PhD program of English Philology can apply.

Within the Erasmus program the students will receive monthly scholarship in order to cover their daily expenses and accommodation, and a travel grant to cover their travel expenses.

Please keep in mind that you can only select the courses that are available for the Summer semester, as noted in the website.

 

For the consultation regarding the course selection, you may address the assistant of your School.

Language Requirement

 

The students are able to study the courses in the English language during their exchange period. The students are required to submit a certificate of the English language CEFR B2 level proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificate).

The certificate must be valid at the time of application.

 

If the student does not have an internationally recognized certificate, she/he can attend the English language B2 examination. The details about the examination will be provided to the students via MY UG messages.

 

Required Documents

 

The students must submit the following documents:

·         Motivation Letter

·         CV (Europass format - https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv

·         Reference letter from the appropriate School of UG (Please address the assistant of your school)

·         English language proficiency certificate* (CEFR B2 level valid at the time of applying)

·         Passport copy

·         Students currently studying on the 1st semester of their degree must present the transcript of records of the previous education if the previous education was not conducted at the University of Georgia. The transcript of records must be in the English language.

 

*Students who attend the English language exam and pass, do not need to submit any certificate for the English language.

The students’ applications will be evaluated on the basis of their submitted documents and their academic performance. Students do not need to submit their transcript of records unless they are on the 1st semester of their studies (see the details in the previous section)

 

The selection of the students will be according to the competition between the applicants. Students with the highest overall score will be selected.

 

The deadline for submission of the application is December 7th, 23:59
