Call for applications for Mobility Direct exchange program at the Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania

Students will study one semester at the Kaunas University of Technology (Spring Semester - 2020-2021 academic year). The following study field are available at KTU:

ü  Accounting

The exchange program does not include:

·         Travel and Visa costs

·         Daily expenses and accommodation costs

In case of high academic performance, the University of Georgia fully funds the accommodation fees.

After completion of the exchange semester the transfer of credits will be executed according to the UG’s credit system, thus the number of credits of a transferred subjects will correspond to the number of credits assigned to the appropriate subjects at UG. The students do not pay any tuition fee to the host university, however the student must cover the cost of the recognized credits at the University of Georgia after completion of the exchange semester.

Accommodation

The Kaunas University of Technology offers its own student accommodation to the exchange students. Approximate fees for accommodation are 90-140 EUR.

The students are free to choose any other form of accommodation if they wish.

Language Requirement

The students are able to study the courses in the English language during their exchange period. The students are required to submit a certificate of the English language CEFR B2 level proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificate)

The students must submit the following documents:

·         Motivation Letter

·         CV (Europass format - https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv)

·         Reference letter from the appropriate School of UG (Please address the assistant of your school)

·         English language proficiency certificate

ü  CEFR B2 level

ü  IELTS 5.5+

ü  TOEFL IBT 70+

ü  Other internationally recognized certificates equivalent to CEFR B2 level

·         Passport
