Ms. Tsartsidze has more than 7 years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative and performance
evaluations and associated data collection. She has expertise in developing surveys and other research tools for
quantitative and qualitative studies, focus group moderation, and data analysis. She has been a member of the team
responsible for the Millennium Challenge Corporation Georgia impact evaluation projects since 2011, and also has
extensive experience as a researcher in different USAID monitoring and evaluation projects. Currently she works as a
Senior Researcher at GeoWel Research, and as a lecturer at the EJP Consultancy Academy and at the Caucasus Business
School. She also has extensive experience in working for governmental agencies as well for business companies.
Ms. Tsartsidze holds a Master of Public Administration from the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer.
She also holds a Masters Diploma of Arts in Sociology from Ilia State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political and
Social Sciences from Tbilisi State University
