Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing Lead at Helio.AI, you will be responsible for developing and executing global strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with the founders, sales, and product teams to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative yet analytical thinker with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing and experience in digital or creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to boost global brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Identify new growth opportunities and design targeted campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and make data-driven improvements.
Data Analysis & Optimization
Use analytics tools to track and report key performance metrics.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
Content & Communication
Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, high-impact content.
Develop communication and lead-nurturing strategies to build client relationships.
Partnerships & Collaboration
Establish partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and industry organizations.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies and support lead generation.
Product Marketing
Design and execute product marketing strategies that showcase Helio.AI’s platform benefits.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product development and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, strategic, and proactive mindset.
Experience in digital or creative agencies is a plus.
