AI & International Security: What changes will AI usher into the global security scenario?

There are several topics and issues that lie at the core of international security and AI. For instance, AI enabled weapons are referred to as Lethal Automated Weapons (LAWs) and there is a growing concern that the countries should not discard an element of human supervision in this regard or otherwise should just forego the development and deployment of LAWs. The aim of this workshop is to understand how AI will shape the global security scenario, whether it will fortify it or make it more vulnerable. The role of non-state actors will also be explored along with other relevant and important dimensions.
