Performance Marketer
Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketer at Helio.AI, you will drive global customer acquisition across multiple markets, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation. The role centers on hands-on management of paid acquisition channels, campaign optimization, analytics, and continuous testing to generate high-quality leads. You will monitor key performance metrics and conversion rates, manage campaign budgets, and work closely with founders, sales, and product teams to identify growth opportunities and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across key digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms).
- Drive high-quality B2B lead generation and contribute to building a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI to ensure efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Track key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and engagement indicators.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, targeting, and funnel stages to improve results.
- Prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
Marketing Automation & Tools
- Manage marketing tools, CRM integrations, tracking pixels, and automation workflows.
- Support funnel optimization from first touchpoint through lead qualification and handoff to sales.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure clear, relevant, and effective messaging.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns and analytics tools.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, tracking systems, and marketing automation.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics.
- Proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
