What will I be doing?
Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products, including history, wines, and touristic offerings.
Lead tours of Château Mukhrani’s castle, cellars, vineyards, and winery.
Host wine tastings and provide engaging guest experiences.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
Collect and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
To successfully fulfill the role of Guest Relations Officer / Guide, candidates should demonstrate the following skills, values, and attitude:
Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English (mandatory).
