- Speak with customers in the US and Canada
- Introduce and explain our cybersecurity services
- Follow simple scripts and guidance (we train you!)
- Build confidence in communication and sales skills
- Keep track of customer interactions in our system
- Work closely with a supportive team and mentors
What You Need to Succeed
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication skills
