Unistream by Datamind is looking for a motivated and ambitious DevOps Intern for a 3-month paid internship, Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance, motivation, and growth during the internship will be considered for a full-time DevOps position.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the team long-term.
This role is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who are interested in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation, and want to start their career in a real, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining development and production environments
- Support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in configuring cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Work with the team on automation and optimization tasks
- Participate in ongoing technical projects and infrastructure improvements
- Support documentation of systems and processes
Requirements
- Preferably a student or graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
- Basic knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Understanding of Git and version control systems
- Interest in cloud technologies and modern infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of responsibility and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Docker / containers
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
