Position Overview:
Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Starting Date: ASAP
Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
What you’ll do:
- Review and verify incoming technical issues and support requests.
- Analyze system logs to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Software Developers to discuss and resolve technical details.
- Track, update, and manage support tickets in the system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
- IT Skills:
- Strong understanding of how web and mobile applications work (frontend, backend,
- database).
- Understanding how RESTful APIs work (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
- Reading and testing APIs using tools like postman or Swagger.
- Navigating applications logs to identify issues (errors, timeouts, failed requests).
- Strong SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, INSERT).
- How OAuth2, JWT tokens, and session-based auth work.
Soft Skills:
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive mindset.
- Communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Language Skills: English language
