Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Growth Partner to drive client acquisition and retention in a fast growing company. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and successfully closing deals.
 
The B2B Growth Partner will manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to onboarding, while delivering excellent client experience and positioning innovative financial services as long-term solutions for business growth. The role involves active use of CRM and client data, structured sales process management, and close collaboration with internal teams to refine value propositions and sales strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting
• Initiate and manage contact with potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in person meetings
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, understand client needs, and offer solutions aligned with their business goals
• Manage the full sales cycle - from proposal to closing - ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive support
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities and prepare sales performance reports for management
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
• Provide input on sales strategies and assist in onboarding and training future sales staff
 
Qualifications
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in account management and client success
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Well Connected with business owners
