As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support customers using electric vehicles by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward a seamless experience. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience across charging, connectivity, and vehicle-related services, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

German language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)

English B2

Strong customer orientation and communication skills

Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types

Good computer skills + fast typing

Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers

Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English

Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans

Update and maintain customer and booking data

Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
