How to Apply

Admission at the University of Georgia (UG) is possible through following portal:

Note: All documents should be scanned and converted in pdf format.

List of the required documents (non-refundable):

1. Scanned version of the passport;
2. School Certificate (Equivalent to A level for Undergraduate Applicants / BA degree Diploma (for MA degree applicants) along with the transcript;
3. Application fee payment receipt.
4. Recorded Video Interview.
5. Student Email address and phone number.
6. Official 3x4 photo of the applicant.

Application Fee:

The application fee with visa support is 250 USD and without visa support is 150 USD (non-refundable) and includes translation, notarization and the application fee for the National Center for Quality Education Enhancement.

In case of paying 150 USD, University will cover all expenses automatically. 

Visa Support:

Visa support includes admission services and also covers relevant support necessary for a student to obtain Georgian Study Visa:

Visa Consultation.

Visa Processing.

Preparation of documents for Visa.

Assistance in Opening Bank Account and Obtaining Georgian Residency for Minor Students

Application Deadlines:

There is no deadline for admission.

There are two intakes in every Academic year (Spring Intake and Fall Intake)

Interview Details:

According to the official regulations, the students are expected to record the video statement that will be considered as a video interview and will be evaluated by the admission team and also by the National Center for Quality Education Enhancement.

The duration of the video should be between 3 and 5 minutes.

• Please state your full name and passport number.
• Introduce yourself- are you from; family background, previous studies.
• Indicate why you have chosen to study in Georgia.
• Where did you acquire information about the University of Georgia? Explain why you have chosen this university.
• Indicate which sphere of studies interests you and why.
• Let us know if you have acquainted yourself with the program description and syllabus on our website?
• Verbally confirm your request to register.
